Help Needed for Live Broadcasting on my S6

Hoping someone can help me. I start Live broadcasting, and I'm prompted to sign in to Youtube to verify my account. I tap sign-in and Youtube reports I am already enabled for this feature. I back out of the Youtube popup, and I'm back to the verify my account pop-up. I'm running 5.1.1 and have a Google+ page (never use it) if that helps.
