[Help Needed!] - How to add and remove Home page pages?

I got the Prestigio Multiphone 5000 DUO on 09/05/2013 so the phone is pretty much brand new. I previously had a Samsung Galaxy ace so I am familiar with some things on Android.

I have 5 home screen pages currently, but I only need one home screen page as I rarely have that many apps on my phone
I want to make it so i only have one home page, so i wish to remove four of them, I've tried to hold in the return button whilst on the home screen but sadly that doesn't open a menu to add or remove home screen pages.

You may be able to edit homscreen options within settings. (Not sure, as I've never sued a Prestigio android phone before)

If not, there are several alternative launcher apps on the play store based on the ICS/JB homescreen UI you can use, which allow more customization than the standard launcher:
