HELP NEEDED: Lost NAM 2. Only NAM 1 is available.

Anyone can help me with a strange issue?

When I just got my brand new LG Optimus S it showed two NAM (NAM1 and NAM2) profiles in QPST.
But after I rooted, changed ROM back and force, reset, restore, etc. I see only NAM1 available now (see attached pic).

Question_1: How to return NAM2 back?
(I've already tried to restore back to Stock Sprint ROM, but this didn't help).

Question_2: Where is the information about NAMs stored?

Googling "NAM1 NAM2" found this page.

Basically, having multiple NAMs allows you to program multiple numbers into the phone, much like having dual SIM cards. Sprint does not allow this, so there's no real reason you need NAM2.
