I am having an issue with reinstalling Notes Traveler on my Samsung S3 phone.
This is occuring after removing the an existing version of the program with Titanium Backup (Notes Traveler had stopped synching properly with the server).
When I run the freshly downloaded APK, I get a message indicating that I am replacing an application. That same box also states that previous data will be saved. (strange as I thought I had completely scrubbed my phone clean from anything related to Traveler). When I click on OK and Install, I finally get a message that the application has not been installed.
Any thoughts? Is there anything I can do to ensure that the phone has been scrubbed clean of NT-related data?
I also just realized that I am unable to revert back to a less secure form of screen lock (such as swipe or motion) as these options have been disabled by administrator, encryption policy or credential storage. I suspect this is linked to my Notes Traveler issue.
Thank you
