Help needed please guys

Hi guys,

This is my second post, so firstly a big hello to you all. Secondly, I have a stock nexus s which ran fine on Ginger Bread, then two days ago I was offered the new ICS update. I did as was told on screen and it upgraded fine.... BUT after the install I have literally no RAM left. I closed apps, deleted apps, etc and it started to run a little better, but was still a little jumpy, and it's not ideal to have to loose half your phone.
I tried a factory reset to see if that would clear some space but it only made it slightly better. I now have less than half the apps i had originally, and it runs ok, but is there something i can do??? Should i (try)and revert back to GB????

Any help would be great..

How much ram do u average after the update. I'm around 100-115. This is considerably less then when the phone ran GB. But my phone still runs like a champ. There can be several reasons why your phone is sluggish. Could be an app running in the background that's not compatible with the new update. Could be that your syncing too much in a short period. Etc. I would suggest you go into syncing and try to "space" out the time stuff syncs. I would also try to see if any apps where running a lot in the background. You can do this in your data setting. Another thing I would try to help with speed is turn off transitions in the developer options.
