Help needed urgently

just watch the video and your problems will be solved.....i tried pressing my home button 3 times but it didnt work for me so i kept on pressing my home button till the blue line disappeared.it took me 10 mins to make it disappear.

Guys i was in my settings a few minutes ago and i came across a feature which enabled me to open up my notifications by just tapping the screen so i enabled it and went to the homescreen to test it! Upon tapping the screen the phone started maing a beeping noise and a blue line started scrolling continously downward on the screen! I cant turn the phone off ! I only seem to be able to reboot it which doesnt help! I needto power the phone off i assume and then maybe do a hard reset??? Advice needed please
