Help needed with new system update

Hello. I wonder if anyone can help me with the new android system update on Nexus 6. My phone asks me permission to restart in order to let update to be installed, then installation starts but in the middle of installation my android lies down with red triangle on stomach and then it reboots itself without installing updates. Just for information I'm in UK using EE, phone is unlocked and not rooted. I have been struggling with it for the last 2 days, please help.

See if your nearest EE store can flash the update for you. (Or try the Samsung person at a Carphone Warehouse.)

I've tried EE, then carphone warehouse, called Google, did factory reset, still problems is not solved .

Have you tried contacting Motorola? They are pretty helpful.

Strange. Most as I remember this happened with Nexus 5 devices. I have Nexus 6 as well (factory unlocked) with EE sim card and no prob.
