help needed !

Hey I just rooted my phone and want to put cm 10.1 on it. I haven't activated it yet into service and I was wondering if I put cm on it. Will it messes up the activation?

I don't know, but I do know that most people flash new ROMs after activating, and doing it in that order works fine.

i truly hate touchwiz. its like my mortal enemy lol. well basically any skin they throw on aosp. stock is my love. and also how would i go about returning to stock? links? for 4.1.1

It depends on what carrier you device is for. As for touchwiz just download a launcher from the play store, such as nova or go launcher.

i have tmobile. and i put 10.1 on. if i have to i will just throw stock back on. i dont see why it would effect the activation. the sim just needs signal right?

well i won the phone from samsung and they didnt send me activation code. with school i havent had time to order a sim

Rooting/ROMing will NOT hamper activation whatsoever.
