Help - nook/droid mix up

I think I am royally screwed. I'm sitting here trying in install the adroid market on my fiances nook color. I COMPLETELY FORGOT my Droid 2 was charging on a USB port. I opened up a cmd prompt as indicated here:

to install the market. So basically i ran: adb shell mount -o remount,rw /dev/block/mmcblk1p2 /system with my da*# droid plugged in. Did I just complete brick my phone!?? :'(

**Note - the battery was dead so i thought it shut off. It's def off - but will not turn on.

I doubt it, most likely an SBF is needed or you're gonna need some more serious help.
