HELP - One V stuck on HTC screen with Beats Audio logo

Phone is not rooted. I booted into recovery and chose factory reset. Boots first HTC screen, then Virgin page then HTC page with Beats Audio. Please help if you can.

What caused you to factory reset? Was phone acting up?

I was selling it on eBay and did the reset to erase my info. Had to cancel the sale. I called Virgin, and they are going to replace it under warranty.
