Help pc doesnt recognize u11 in usb 3.0 port

Im running windows 8.1 and my usb 3.0 port wont recognize it. My 2.0 port works fine. What can it be?
 
My htc 10 connects just fine through my usb 3.0 port so can it be something wrong with the phone itself?
