Help! Phone Not Powering Down/Rebooting

Starting yesterday, when I try to power down or reboot, the phone goes blank and freezes. I need to do a battery pull to reboot. This has happened with different roms and different kernels so I assume it's not the rom or kernel. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you!

I did yesterday with the AOKP preview build. It happened before and after that.
