HELP! Photos not loading after update on my s7.

I just got the update in the end of January to my s7 and all of the new pictures look like gray boxes and it says "Unable to load file" when I try to add a photo to instagram. I tried uninstalling the Instagram app and re-installing it, to no avail. Same issue. Everything works fine on Facebook and Twitter. Aside from the new update not jiving with Instagram, I can not delete new photos in the galleries on the phone, unless they have been added to my phone pre-update. I don't know where to turn to get this fixed.

It would be helpful to know, because if they're not, then it's less likely to be an issue limited to your phone.

First, try wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28028. This won't erase any personal data, and can sometimes be helpful after a system update.

Also, are the photos all on an SD card, or Internal Storage?

BTW, I moved this thread from the Android Apps forum to the S7 forum, since the former is intended for developers to promote their apps.
