help Please!! CWM Recovery

Alright so here's the scoop. i was trying to update with the CM7 nightly's and i kept getting an error wouldn't let me up date.. and someone said that maybe I needed to update the CWM... So I downloaded CWMRom manager and updated threw there to 5. something. Well now when I boot up into it i get a black screen but i know its there b/c if i push the camera key it will reboot the phone as that's the first option.. So any ideas what could be doing this or how i can fix this?

Pay attention, there is a thread right under yours that says "don't use rom manager"

Thanks for the link Also just because there's a thread under mind doesn't mean that it tell's you how to fix it or what to do. Just says not to use it.. I have had this problem for a couple days now and just figured to come over here for some help. Thanks again
