I tried changing a theme on my rooted htc one with rom toolbox pro app on android revolution 10.1. Now its stuck in an endless bootloop and I can't access recovery. And because I can't access recovery I can't even factory reset it. the phone just keeps turning on and off. How do I fix this? Please help!!!

Thanks for the reply but I'm a bit new to rooting. Can you tell me what ruu's are and how to use them. Because my mac doesn't recognise the one even when I plug it in.
That's what I did. I held the volume down and power keys together and enter the boot loader. And then when I try to go into recovery it doesn't work and starts the boot cycle again. And when I went to factory reset it starts to reboot again. That's my central problem. I can't go into recovery otherwise I would have and flashed back the stock rom.

Copy your recovery img into your adb/fastboot folder on your pc. i rename it recovery.img to make it it easy. in the bootloader toggle to fastboot usb mode open a cmd prompt from your fastboot folder
and type "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img" you now flashed recovery and should be able to enter recovery
Benny3 I tried the method you are talking about and the same issue remained. I even changed recoveries and the same problem the OP stated still remained.

I had a issue trying to flash AR 9.4 where the aroma locked up and wouldn't let me enter the recovery.

And you couldn't reflash your recovery? hmm thats odd. Do you know about the bright light trick, I heard if aroma freeze's you can put the phone under a bright light and hit the power butoon and it will boot back into recovery.
I heard about it lol, but I didn't believe it. I hate aroma on this phone, it was so much better on the 3D. I just panicked and thought my new phone was bricked so I used the Ruu before thinking about anything. Quite a few people are having issues flashing AR for some reason.

Basically the same thing happened to me when stupid me tried flashing a kernel not for my device. It would bootloop and I couldn't get back to recovery to restore my backup. After panicking for an hour trying several different things, I just reflashed my recovery through fastboot and finally it worked. But hey, now I know what to do when it happens again!

Actually that trick works. I have tried it on four different occasions and it worked in under 5 seconds every time.

When you run into the problem with it not allowing you into recoverry just "fastboot erase cache" and that should do the trick. you might need to flash the recovery to
My phone is lg g2x I am trying to apply theme on my phone in rom toolbox pro .it ask for the reboot I have reboot but after the boot it says status bar failed and it is rebooting again and again .is it any solution for it please help me ......
