Hi, I am clueless. :( Let's just start with that. I need to find out how to see the sites I have visited on my phone, even after clearing my browsing history on both Chrome and Internet Explorer. I want to know how to get into the saved cache or cookies that show websites visited that are stored on my phone. I used to have an iPhone and it was fairly easy, I would just go into Privacy settings and view stored cache. Can someone please help me out. Is my entire history GONE once I have deleted my browsing history? I would think that the Galaxy S4 would store it somewhere inside until it was manually deleted. Thank you so much to anyone that can help me out. Best. :D

I believe that Gone means gone. However, at least on Chrome, you can delete history without necessarily deleting cookies - there are boxes to check or uncheck.

If cookies are still there, I do not believe you can see them on the phone. But with Chrome sycned via your google account across all of your devices, you should be able to view them in the Chrome Settings on a computer.

On Computer, click the three little lines at the top right where you would look for the settings menu and you'll see "sign into Chrome" in the list. On your phone's Chrome, it likely signed you in when you first opened the app. To check, hit the three little dots in upper right and choose settings. The top line should be your gmail address. Click on it and it'll give you the info to make sure you have sync turned on.

I'm not sure about the S4 but I know with the s6 you can view your cookies by clicking the 3 dots on the URL bar, then going to settings and from there clicking on site settings, and finally going to storage at the bottom. Hope that helps. And just for reference they stick around until you manually delete them, even If you delete your history and cookies, same as the iPhone.
