Help please.. LG G4 booting over and over

LG g4 first started randomly freezing then booting then all of a sudden it booted and won't go passed the lg logo.. Rebooting over and over again? Anyone have any idea what's going on or what I can possibly do.. I tried hard resetting it.. But still the same thing.... It was a stock lg g4.. It was NOT ROOTED... Thanks in advance

I would contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement.

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried a battery pull for about 10 minutes and restarting?

I'm not sure which carrier you're on...

I'm on Sprint and within the first year if I have any problem that ain't physical damage they replace it free of charge. I have to have insurance but no deductible required.

Worth checking. Otherwise, yeah I'd contact the manufacturer.

My phone has started that today. Called T-Mobile. They wanted me to flush the Cache, then do a hard reset on the phone. (can't flush cache, the phone won't boot... ugh)
Did the hard reset, but it still won't boot past the LG screen.
T-Mo is sending me a replacement device that should be at my door tomorrow. I'll move my SIM over and be back up and running.
How long have you had your device, GTKitty?

And then it broke again. Tmo replace mine this week. Had it since launch and it got stuck in a boot loop almost a week ago.
