help please problem

when I go to rom manager and select install rom from Sd and select my rom it will reboot and just stay in the Google screen with the lock in it that's it.I have a nexus s 4g

I had the same problem earlier today. My issue was apparently caused by using the One-Click method of rooting my phone. There aren't many web sites out there that really explain how to "normally" root very well, but after much trial and error, this one finally got me through it. How To Root Nexus S 4G Tutorial Once my phone was rooted "normally", Rom Manager worked like a charm for me.

yes, please re-use the one click i have updated it to fix this issue. as the first version was for ROOTING since then due to complaints i have expanded it to flash the custom recovery
