While I'm on my phone, I'll get random popups that a program has closed, even though it's not open. I'm also having difficulty opening certain apps, they just freeze or close out. My phone also states that I'm low on storage space, even though I barely have anything on my phone and I've deleted numerous items.

I followed your directions and wiped the cache partition, unfortunately, I'm still having the same issues. It's saying my phone storage is full, but it isn't. Any other ideas?
