Help Please

I just bought my Epic and i love it. THe only thing i am havving trouble with is The tone for the text message. When i set my notifactaion tone to a certain tone. Like i got the zelda soundboard app and made the secret tone my notifacation tone. All it plays is the default cloud tone. What do i do and how do i fix this? And i also noticed that it only plays that certain tone when it tells me i got an email. Please help me . Thank you

Have you tried going into the messaging app and changing the notification settings through that? I'm pretty sure that will fix your problem.

Some soundboards save the file into the SD too, if that one does, go to the messaging app like dmlee mentioned and change the notification. If it doesnt, google for it, Im pretty sure someone has uploaded it.
