Help please

Hi folks. Just looking for some advice. I have somehow turned on pop up bubble notifications for messages and what's app. (Like Facebook messenger pop. Up). However I am unsure how to switch these back off and return to the default notification settings up. Not sure if this is a one UI or nova launcher feature.

Any help appreciated.

I still don't have the Pie update but try this (from the Oreo version). Go to Settings/Advanced Features/Multi Window and turn off pop up view action. You should also be able to just tap on the bubble and pres the maximize button to bring back the app to 'normal' mode
