HELP PLZZZZZZ my MYTOUCH IS SCREWY

hey guys my phones all screwy idk whats going on but if i plug in my phone it will start up BY ITSELF and then shut off and repeats for ever. i try the pd15img.zip trick didnt work.i tryed factory reset just went off and did the restart thing again im like WTF in all this lol if you can help thx but idk whats rong

Ummm... Ok? lol have you installed a new Rom? that might be it if you have cause some roms do that because they are not totally compatible. If its not that then.....lemme think :-\ try going into recovery then go down to "advanced" and click "fix permissions" that would fix it depending on what recovery you have. sorry bout your troubles mate.
