Help question with i think sense

I have been having problems with my phone lately. Im not sure if it is a sense problem or not being i really dont know what sense is. Problem sometimes after making phone calls or receiving calls when i go to hit end my phone is unresponsive i have to press really hard on the screen to end the call. I can push any other button or icon with no problem, I also get this problem some times when using the back button on the bottom when using the browser and have to do a battery pull to resolve. I have not done a restore yet was hoping to avoid this or contacting Verizon for a new phone this is my first rezound got on the first day it was out and never issues till now.

Sense is HTC custom User interface over top of the one google built.

It does sound like it is a sense thing, but before doing a FR, I would go into manage app--> phone and clear the cache from there. See if that helps.

If not then you may have to do a factory reset. If that still doesnt help, maybe the digitizer is going....

I went into manage app but i do not see how to clear the cache under manage apps

Did u try to recalibrate your screen?

sorry I wasnt clear. Go into settings-->applications--> find the app---> clear cache/data

Mike has a good idea as well...forget where it is though on stock GB
