Help, radio flash gone bad

Hi,
I rooted my Thunderbolt, no problem. Thought I would flash a new ROM no problem. Flashed a different ROM, no signal so I did some research and flashed a new radio. Big problem. Phone boots, gets the HTC white screen and shuts off. I can pull the battery and it will go into hboot, but it just reloads the radio and fails again. I can't even get onto the SDCard to remove the PG05IMG.zip file.

Anyone have any ideas?

Yeah pull the sd card, hboot, wipe dalvic and factory reset again. Rom manager has had problems with the Thunderbolt

Thanks for all the help! I borrowed a neighbors mini-sd card reader, I was away for the weekend and bored, doing this on my laptop. The card reader was broken and on locked, so it wouldn't let me delete the PG05IMG.zip from the SD root.

I went out and bought an adaptor and was able to delete the PG05IMG file and reboot and restore and all is good with the world again.
