Help Re-Unlocking Bootloader

I need help RE-Unlocking the Bootloader. My Rezound was unlocked and rooted, and I was running Scotts CleanROM 3.7. Well out comes CleanROM 4.0. So I try to upgrade to that, but to do so I have to RE-lock the bootloader before I can download and install the new RUU. Well I did that. But now I need to RE-Unlock the Bootloader before I reflash Amon Ra, and install CleanROM 4.0

My problem is that when I try to RE-unlock the bootloader at htcdev.com, absolutely nothing happens. Now I'm frustrated and don't know what to do.

Nevermind, after about 8 hours of trying off and on, I finally got my bootloader RE-unlocked. The utility on htcdev.com's site is just a unresponsive and slow. Even slower or non-existent is customer support by htc. Like their phone, don't like their support. Absolutely no help whatsoever. Simple stubborness and persistence is what caused final success.

CleanROM 4.1 is running quite smooth now.
