Rooting and Bootloader unlocking

I have a itel smartphone, Itel S16 to be precise and I want to root the phone for development purpose but the manufacturer is not releasing the Bootloader unlocking code.

Is there a way to exploit this or an unofficial way of Bypassing the code?
