help recovering apps

On my thunderbolt I kept my apps on the SD card.when I moved to the s 3 I used my backup pro to backup everything. Not realizing that doesn't rate the settings or favorites in your apps. So since I kept most of them on the card is there any way to get those apps with settings on my s 3? Download to computer? Read card externally? Would really like my settings back. Disappointed that ICS doesn't Support app 2 SD
