help! Ringtones keep returning to default on it's own

anyone have this issue?? i'm using my own tunes too.... my hierarchy is media>audio>ringtones. or can someone share their method of storing their ringtones?

If you can set it, it should stay. Do you, perhaps, have alien hand syndrome?

Try a reset and see if it helps. It's all I can think of atm.

I FOUND THE ISSUE!

I notice that when i change the 'volume profile' from work to loud the main ringtone and the notification sound , that i have it customized with my own ringtones, change it back to default all the time. I use audiomanager too. can people try it out and tell me if it happens to them?
