Help: S6 edge screen is not working

I experienced a sudden no response on my phone, tried to switch off and no response at all.

This phone i just bought it and suddenly no responding.

I had a similar issue with the HTC and could not get a solution and decided to buy the new phone!

Can someone help in how i can rest this device.

Press and hold power and volume key for 7-10 seconds. That should allow you to reboot or reset as well.
