Help,screen lock

After random unlock attempts my screen for sony xperia tipo dual is locked

1) I dont have usb debugging enabled

2) data is very imp so hard reset is not an option

3) tried all basic things like restart etc. but no avail.

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by "random" unlock attempts? Did you just not know the unlock password or pattern? Can you bring the phone to your wireless store and see if they can help?

they said to hard reset
but that is not option

So you actually brought it physically to the store? If you do, they could do the reset for you.
