Help Silencing Only One App at a Specific Time

Hello. I was trying to setup a Bixby routine to silence Facebook Messenger on a certain time each day. Looks like I can only enable the do not disturb feature of the phone on a routine, which does all alerts. I just want the Facebook Messenger app notifications off during that time. Is there any other ways in Android or with 3rd party apps to do this?

Maybe IFTTT? (I've never tried it myself, but it sounds like something that would be good for that.)
