Help ! Something is wrong with my phone

So I'm guessing my phone restarted . So I pushed the volume down button, home button, and the power button at the same time and this warning came up. After that I hit the volume up button and now its showing Downloading ... Do not turn off target !!! What is it downloading and how long does it suppose to do that

You went into Download mode. You can pull that battery. It won't do anything. I just tested it on my S3. Booted up normally. To go into Recovery, you push volume UP instead.
