And I would like for users 16 GB is that storage is sufficient for you?
there anything on your touchpad for example?

16GB is plenty if you utilize the cloud. I have 150GB cloud storage on Microsoft OneDrive and another 25GB on Google Drive.

If I didn't have my cloud storage, 16GB would not have been enough. In fact 32GB would not have been enough. I currently have more than 80GB stored on the cloud.

It depends on what you're doing with the tablet. If you're streaming music or movies, reading books and surfing the Net then 16GB is plenty.

If you plan to store your music library locally, or rip movies and keep them available then 32GB isn't even enough.

But if you don't mind using a USB-on-the-go solution then you can have tons of storage available and the amount of memory in the tablet is irrelevant.

Here's a screenshot of the Storage view on mine - use case is similar to what you describe.

As you can see from the screenshot there's about 2GB of apps: lots of reading and music apps, but the space hog is WD S1 http://market.android.com/details?id=com.telltalegames.walkingdead100 - other than that just a couple of puzzle games.
