Help......Trying to Sync Via Bluetooh

Anyone having an issue trying to sync the incredible via bluetooth. I came from a BB tour and we don't have a BB exchange server at work so I would just sync my BB wirelessly via bluetooth. I have tried to figure out how to do that wit the incredible and can't seem to get it to work. Any suggestions/comments/etc?

Are you trying to sync with Outlook?

It works pretty good I set it up for my Droid awhile back and haven't had any problems.

I'm getting an error message.... it says.....

Could not connect to Microsoft Outlook: error 2147319779. Please see our help center for more information.

Well...I went to the help center and it didn't help!

Any more suggestions?
