Help turn my data on

My phone 4 days ago stopped turning the data on, but Wi-Fi works, please help. The phone is Infinite note 4 Pro

Welcome to Android Central! Does the mobile data switch actually turn on at all? Is it only giving you 2G data connection? Who's your carrier, and have you made sure your APN settings are correct for that carrier?

I also assume you mean the Infinix Note 4 Pro (not Infinite).
