help unable to complete download?

I was trying to download a picture off the internet on my verizon s3 when this message came up "unable to complete download. not enough memory" now I googled this problem and many people said to check if I have enough space in my sd card or internal memory and as I'm looking at my storage it says I have 9 gbs available. I have deleted my old text messages, and cache's and am pretty much stuck now therefore here I am. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Could you provide a screenshot of your storage stats, please?
