HELP!! Unknown Activity on my Droid

Currently have a Motorola Droid X with Verizon Wireless.

I have been noticing some unknown activity in my internet browser's history. The pages shown in the history are for sites like: Dating personals, Chat, Porn, and some other pages that are seemingly legitimate (verizon pages). During the times and dates that these pages are shown in my history, I was either asleep or not using my phone. How is this possible? Are there known malicious software, spyware, and/or viruses that do this type of stuff? How can I resolve my problem? Is there anything I can do to show/prove that these entries did not come from me?
Please help... my wife has gone through my phone & found the entries that I'm inquiring about. Yet I look guilty since I cannot explain how this happened, nor show proof that it was not me.

Sounds like you may have installed some app that has malware. Do you download apps only from Google Play or Amazon, or do you use other appstores? Although malware can still be found in Google Play, it is much more likely in other stores (or if you just download apk files from unknown sites).

Can you give a list of all apps you've installed?

Lol do you have a kid that mite steal your phone?? And get an app killer the ones that usually come back rite away beside legit apps usually have an add or something like that but usually they go into the status bar.....
