Help unlocking the bootloader?

Right now my primary goal is to unlock the VZW Note III bootloader. This issue is pissing me off because I want to flash ROMs onto my ROM slots. Is there anywhere that I need to start working or any resources that would be useful for me?

The VZW Note 3s' bootloader is locked. It was never unlockable, unless you had the developer edition. Running current firmware, it's also unrootable! If your baseband ends in NJ6/NK1/OB6-whatever android 5.0 L is you can't root. At all. If you're on NC4 (4.4.2) or lower you can kinda flash roms/root.

The workaround _was_ to root, install busybox, safestrap, flash ROMs. This is out the window now and probably forever. You're far better off getting a Nexus if you want to flash ROMs. Root may come again (doubt it) but an actual unlocked bootloader never will.
