Help! Unlocking via fingerprint opens random app

Well I turned sensitivity off and still got the slipping screen. I'm pretty sure I cleared the system partition cache recently but I'll try it again and give it some off time.

If this fails I'll uninstall Good Lock. I have a few things set-up but the one thing I got it for they broke and haven't fixed it yet, even though they keep saying that they will, which is the vertical app drawer. It's so frustrating that Samsung allows you vertically scroll to add apps to a folder, you vertically scroll to look at your apps in settings but then are locked into paging over for everyday app drawer use. On top of that it isn't even endless scrolling and it stays wherever you leave it. So if you're on the last page and need the first you have scroll backward through them all... Sorry, it's personal.
Thanks for verifying

I don't know if I've done something funky to the configuration, if I'm doing something wrong, or this is a "works as intended" issue. When unlocking my S24+ via fingerprint, occasionally it opens in a random app, such as Messenger, Teams, Outlook, etc.

I have the always on display enabled.
I have facial unlocking disabled.
It doesn't happen every time.
I've wondered if it had something to do with auto-opening the app that received the last notification, but doesn't always seem to be the case.
I'm 99% sure I didn't leave that app open when locking the device.
I think it always opens an app that I have on my home screen.
this may be a long shot, but did you set a routine to open an app when using fingerprint unlock?
