Help Unrooting And Locking my VZW GNex to go from 4.0.4 to Jelly Bean. Please?

:side note: I post this on one of my old threads, but I think they locked it for reasons unknown to me.. But I'll give it a try again here.

Can someone tell me step by step how to unroot an lock the phone? I'm new to rooting an I'm confused. Does the Nexus Root Tool Kit already have the official VZW jelly bean update plus other versions installed on the NRTK itself? And is there any way my apps would remain organized?

Yes just dl the newest wugs tool kit. It will have every thing you need. As long u can follow along the directions you'll be fine. It is really simple.

Just follow the instructions found in his thread (Verizon subforum) or his website . Return to stock and be sure you're returning to 4.1.1. It'll do all the work for you.

I did it! Thanks a lot guys. Everything is "butter" now... I was just so paranoid to do it. But it was so easy. I also followed through Unlocker *how to unroot the Samsung galaxy nexus (one click method) * on youtube.
