Help unrooting my phone!

I run the s-on program and then the RUU and get through the part where it tells me to change my image version from 2.25.1400.1 to image version 1.80.502.3. It goes through there then tells me it's waiting for bootloader with a silver htc on the screen and then after a minute or two tells me error 171 USB error connection. It's done this multiple times now.

When I unplug the USB it gives me the bootloader screen and tells me it's still s-off...

I'm pretty much frustrated and stuck. Help me please.

Dude. Go to the Hack Kit thread on xda and in the op is link to downgrading. That should resolve it.

I believe that before your run the RUU program you have to be S-ON again and by what your saying it sounds like that the S-ON program your using isn't working so try downloading the ace hack kit v11 and choose the return the stock option and then the option that says S-ON. Also since it says 171 usb error connection you should check to make sure you have all the right usb drivers. Good luck.
