Help unrooting

can someone tell me how to unroot my phone so i can have it stock with no clockwork on it. i rooted last night and with a custom recovery and whenever i boot into recovery all i get is a black screen. i have a feeling i did something wrong. i watched a couple videos saying that you have to have your phone USB settings to charge only and stuff. i had it on sd card mount. so now i just want to reset my phone to stock when i first got it so i can root it on a fresh phone.

i understand that. i tried searching the forums for a guide on how to unroot but i couldnt find any. btw thanks for helping me in my other thread. ever since that file you told me to put into my sd card (PB31IMG.zip) every time i boot into hboot it scans my card for an update and asks if i want to start update. do i just ignore it or say yes? and what is the update?

That file is to load clockwork you need to delete once your done if not it will always ask you that. Click no
