Help! What is Firewall Service?

Hello, I want to ask what is Firewall Service, because when i open wi-fi or mobile internet it shows for just a second and then leaves. I disabled the app and there's no problem, but I'm still worrying about my smartphone. I think that problem started when I downloaded the app "360 security" or "Privacy Lock" from Google Play Store. Did anyone else had that kind of problem? Please, tell me if you know something about my problem. Thanks a lot.
