Help!! White screen only?

idk what happend but all of a sudden i went to use phone and the screen was pure white... i tried doing a hard reset but did nothing. anyone please help!!

please anyone? im sitting here with a phone thats not working and i really need. I unplug battery, go to turn on, and it makes the start up sound. then it stays white and all the buttons on the bottom light up and stuff normaly when i push, yet the screen is still white. when the screen goes idol after not being touched, it goes black and nothing wakes it up

Try calling the phone and see if anything comes up. Just take it back to Verizon tomorrow morning and let them check it out.

Well I have had phone for 3 days, and if im not mistaking, the htc desire hd is coming out sometime in october? (can someone please verify). my 30 return policy will run out right around the time of the desire hd release and I was thinking I might exchange for it if i like.

If i go to verizon tomorrow and they replace (1 yr warranty), will that cancel my 30 day return?

No, it shouldn't cancel your 30 day return. You can also cancel your contract (or extension) and go back to your old phone and wait for the Desire if you want. Unless you get a solid release date for a phone, I wouldn't gamble with my 30 days.

Try the recovery mode start up. I would check out the Desire on the web. IMHO it is not much (if any) of an upgrade from the Incredible. I think that if the Merge ends up being released, that may be the way to go if you don't like your Fascinate. Good luck
