Help with Anoc tablet & storage

[Android Central Question]

Hi there; my son has been given an Anoc tablet and we purchased an SD card for extra storage. Although the device recognises it as being there, we cannot put anything on it. There is an internal SD card. Is there any way to unmount the internal one in favour of the external?

Model is an AE701-A1
