Help with Battery

Hey guys, I've had my Note 10+ for about a month now. Battery life hasn't been great but today's battery life has been atrocious. I am sharing my loc as ton via maps with my wife, but I really don't have a ton of features on.

My question is. What are your settings to get 6+ hour of SOT? I'll be lucky to get 2 hours at this rate.

I'm sharing through Google Maps. That's pretty much it.

There's a setting that AT&T users have had to disable and saw improved battery life. It was in one of the earlier battery threads. I'm not AT&T but remember seeing it helped folks out. Once it was disabled, Android System went back to low single digits.

Edit - found it: Go to Connections > Mobile Networks > AT&T Mobile Network Diagnostics
