Help with CR-48

Got home today and was thrilled to find the CR-48 sitting on my doorstep. Unfortunately I have a major problem. On the opening screen when you turn it on, the "Let's get started" page it won't let me click on either of the dropboxes or proxy settings. The mouse scrolls fine, but then when I go to click on any of those things it's like it doesn't acknowledge that I am tapping on the track pad.

I've tried turning it off and on. Pounding on the track pad, hitting enter, etc and nada. Anyone else with this issue or is there some secret formula that I'm missing?

If it is what I'm thinking I had the same problem. I was treating the trackpad as a normal laptop trackpad. The one on the CR-48 is like a "clicker" press into the trackpad like you are clicking down on a mouse. After you get into the settings you can allot for tapping but until then you need to "click" down on the trackpad.
