I've got a galaxy note 4. It is an awesome handset. Want input as to what you recommend as a replacement. Please do not recommend the newer Samsung phones. I definitely want a phone with a big battery, and at least 6 4gigs memory if no expandable storage. But a phone with today's specs.

No, but it's one of the phones I'm considering. Do you have one? Is it on an equilibrium with the note 4?

Also, since I'm on Verizon, if I got a 6p,will it work buy just dropping in the sim from the note 4?

I have the 6p, just got it last night but I can't compare it to the Note 4. So far, pleased and impressed. I had a Moto X first gen previously, while it's bigger it just doesn't feel like a huge difference, it actually feels better (thinner) in my pocket.

I am on Verizon, I was able to just swap my SIM card in but the old phone used a nano SIM, I'm not sure what the Note 4 uses.

It uses a micro sim. So I take it it's different?

If the Note 4 uses a Micro SIM then you need a new one as the 6P needs a nano SIM. Bigger phone, smaller SIM, go figure...

So, what do ypu think of range of Motorola and Sony models? My previous android phone was one of Motorola Razer range

I'd say ether the Moto G if cost is of importance. Otherwise, consider the to Moto Pure model.
