Help with Google Play (web)

Hey all, hope you're doing well I am, except for this little problem that really bothers me. I want to install apps from my computer to my android phone (via Google Play store) So when I open "x" app on the web and i click install it says that I don't have a phone (I mean i have 4 android phones linked to my google account) but 3 aren't used anymore and my main phone doesn't appear, I mean i can't install an app from my pc, and like 3 months ago i could, please I will be thanked if someone helped me

What phone do you have? If it's not very common, perhaps there are compatibility issues. And can you confirm that you are definitely using the right Google account?

Try removing your Google account from the phone in Settings>Accounts, and then add it back again.
