help with htc evo flash sprint to boost

Hey guys! So my friend gave me his old htc evo but its flashed to metro. How do I flash it to boost? It has a metro ESN, its rooted and has hboot.

I have the paid version of CDMA workshop, its a sprint phone but i wanna flash it to boost. so your saying i would need a SPRINT esn? boost will let me use a sprint esn?
